Andy Boecker

Murphy Farm & Lawn welcomes our newest team member, Andy Boecker, to our parts department.  Andy comes to us from The Home Depot world where he held several positions throughout his three-year career there.  His expertise in customer support and satisfaction will be a positive force as our parts department continues to grow.  Andy grew up in the Northwest Arkansas area and has worked on his family farm all his life. His strong work ethic and customer service skills is a great addition to Murphy Farm & Lawn.

December 2011:  With the development of new technology and high-performance systems for John Deere equipment, it is critically important that our customers receive exceptional service from highly-trained product experts, technicians, and aftermarket support personnel. Murphy Farm & Lawn participates in a comprehensive training program with John Deere to help their employees reach certain standards of expertise.

Recently, Riley Mayfield, achieved Advanced level recognition for the position of Service Manager program. This level of achievement was accomplished by completing extensive training in the John Deere University program.  He received a special plaque of recognition to honor his achievement.

John Deere University credits are earned in various categories to ensure expertise in sales, service, or parts departments of John Deere dealerships. The structure for this recognition is similar to achieving credit hours in a university. This ongoing training program is just one of the tools used by Murphy Farm & Lawn to improve overall support and service to customers in their trade area.
